Also one about Oprah having a blue roof and other fake news literally as Lahaina was getting torched. Also they didn't focus on Lahaina and made it seem like fires were all over the island. I didn't see any pictures of lasers for lahaina but I did see some overhead shots of heat blooms that were instantly intense and then reduced intensity, for the lahaina event there was also a blackhawk with multispectral targeting nose cone on it in the air around lahaina while they claimed it was to windy to send any airborne fire fighters out to deal with it.
It depends on the wavelength used for the laser as to if it would be visible in normal light ranges, if its IR then it wouldn't be visible without a camera with night vision that would make it visible. Microwave beams are not visible because they are at microwave wavelengths, 2.4ghz typically or maybe 5ghz. The laser cylinder is in the thz range while the microwave beam contained is at ghz which is why it can contain the microwave beam. (you know they wanted this airborne laser beam tech back in the 80s as its listed in the movie REAL GENIUS, even how they would use universities to develop those things in compartmentalized fashion.)

There was a video about the Paradise CA fires on netflix with a little old lady talking about it being the biblical fires and they panned to a street which looked like it had a beam of light moving towards the camera then away, from above. I grabbed that clip and put it on youtube here.

Just had the big blow storm last night thru north texas... evidently winds strong enough to push big rigs over and rip flags on poles in half... 60-70mph. They've been pulling the artic jetstream down using the radars at higher energy levels to act like a rock in the streams path... theres one in north dakota thats been on high power for the last few weeks now... with one in michigan coming online at higher power just before the storm yesterday. The way its setup, they pull the stream down to the bottom of Texas and then turn off the diverter so that it walks from the southwest up the northeast coast of the states. Just like this most recent storm is doing, again.
I watch all that on this reflectivity view over the USA from the university at madison wisconsin.
